my little elevator

i'm tall. i've been tall since 9th grade. i used to get stupid comments from my high school guy friends like..."hey suzanne, how long does it take you to shave your legs?"

yes, seriously...they would say that. was it sexual harassment? was it a compliment? i still don't know...i do know it confirmed my choice not to date any of them.

all this to say, since i've been tall for so long, i don't get to have the legs-dangling-off-furniture-without-your-feet-touching-the-floor experience. it looks so fun, pretending to be a little kid, kicking your legs in a care free way.

well, that is all different now. my office chair has a lift on it. a lift that takes me high enough that my feet dangle. unfortunately i don't completely fit under my desk when full height is engaged, so the experience is reserved for non-computer times. it is currently as high as i can get it...so high that i can't push it under my desk when i'm not sitting on it.

and by the way high school guy friends...the joke is on you. i don't even shave my legs.
